000bd Terms and Conditions

Key Terminology

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 000bd website, applications and other digital channels through which services are provided.
• "User" or "Member" means the person who has registered an account on 000bd and is using the platform.
• "Services" means all online betting, sportsbook, casino games, live dealer games and related features provided by 000bd.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount currently held in a user's account, including both real money and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means welcome bonuses, cashback and other promotional benefits offered by 000bd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to complete a specified amount of betting before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Any matter expressed in the singular in these Terms shall also apply in the plural where relevant, and vice versa.

Eligibility to Register an Account

To open an account and use the services at 000bd, a user must meet the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• The user must register entirely of their own free will and by their own decision.
• All information provided must be true, accurate and complete.
• A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email address provided at the time of registration must be active and usable.

000bd reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request. The administration also has the right to suspend or close any account without providing a reason if suspicious activity is observed.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details private and secure. You never need to share your password with 000bd. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use anywhere else.
• Always ensure you log out after logging into your account, especially on shared devices.
• Immediately notify the 000bd support team if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
• Not allow any third party to use your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

000bd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify the identity of users. In certain circumstances the platform may request the following documents:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed. This is a security measure that protects the interests of all members.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when depositing funds at 000bd:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, the same for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• For bank transfers, transactions can be made from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The standard processing time for withdrawals is between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Welcome Bonus

000bd offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The rules are as follows:

• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The contribution of certain games towards wagering calculations may vary.

000bd reserves the right to change or discontinue the terms of any promotion. Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of bonus abuse.

VIP Program and Cashback

000bd's VIP program has four tiers that offer special benefits for active members:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Reaching a higher tier depends on regular participation and activity on the platform. VIP tier cashback may also be subject to wagering requirements.

Sports Betting

The following rules apply to enjoying the sports betting service at 000bd:

• Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless it is voidable due to a technical issue.
• Live in-play betting during a match is governed by specific rules.
• If an event is cancelled or remains unresolved, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• 000bd reserves the right to correct any technical error in the display of odds.

Casino and Slot Games

The following rules apply to casino and slot games:

• All games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and fair play is ensured.
• If a connection is lost during a game, 000bd will determine the outcome of that hand or round.
• In live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final.
• If a software error in any game creates an abnormal situation, that round will be considered void.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 000bd platform and are subject to penalties:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic or coordinated betting activity intended to fulfill bonus conditions.
• Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds sourced from illegal activities.
• Software Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's software, odds, or game systems.
• Third-Party Use: Allowing someone else to use your account, or using another person's account.
• False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Collusion: Multiple users working together in a coordinated attempt to defraud the platform.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have taken place, 000bd reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Rules for Updating Terms & Conditions

000bd reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When terms and conditions are changed:

• Members will be informed via notification before any significant changes take effect.
• Revised terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you must request that your account be closed.
